Sandra Donaldson, Ph.D.
Director, Trial Consulting
Dr. Donaldson has designed and directed research for some of the country's largest and most complex litigation,
contributing to several Top 10 Defense Verdicts as noted by The National Law Journal for 1999, 2001, 2002, and
2003. Dr. Donaldson brings to her firm and clients 15 years of experience in trial research and jury selection.
She is dedicated to providing the litigant with valid, reliable information that enhances the practice of law in
their case. She has assisted a broad spectrum of clients on a variety of legal issues in over 22 states and
territories from Puerto Rico to Alaska. She is frequently invited to speak at legal seminars across the country.
Dr. Donaldson earned her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. Her
education focused on the study of individual behavior within groups with a strong background in experimental
design and survey research. Dr. Donaldson is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants, American
Psychological Association, and the American Psychology and Law Society.
Madeline Campbell, Ph.D.
Trial Consultant
Dr. Campbell has over 8 years of experience in the field of trial consulting spanning from simple personal
injury cases to complex, multi-party civil litigation. Dr. Campbell has extensive experience in all aspects of
trial research and jury selection, as well as expertise in expert witness development and preparation.
Dr. Campbell received her Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Kentucky. Prior to becoming a
trial consultant, she worked in the fields of market research, software usability design and testing and
assessment and evaluation of NIOSH training programs. She has a strong background in experimental design and
methodology with expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis. She is a member of the American
Society of Trial Consultants and the American Psychological Association.
