Medical Records Analysis

Not all litigation is the same. At various stages, the goals and needs of the attorneys and their clients will change. FirmLogic has developed a variety of analytical products that match these varying needs. The attorneys get the information they need while the client keeps costs under control. Some of our standard analytical work products include:

• Medical Chronology

  A condensed overview of the clinical course containing excerpts from medical records which are translated, transcribed and edited according to client directed protocols. This work product can provide the basis from which many of our analytical products are built.

• Plaintiff at a Glance

  One-page document providing diagnostic information and medical history related to the claimed disease. It is designed to assist in early case evaluation and planning.

• Early Case Assessment

  This medically focused assessment provides a thumbnail summary of case strengths and weaknesses related to the claimed illness or injury.

• Medical Summary

  A comprehensive overview of key medical/scientific issues involved, including a review of the patient/family medical history, confounding factors, alternate causes and missing medical information.
